Gjykata e Lezhës është shndërruar ne arene përleshjesh për pronësinë me pasoje një te vdekur dhe katër te plagosur rende. Endri Betaj, 32 vjeç ka mbetur i vrare ne oborrin e gjykatës, gjate shkëmbimit te zjarrit mes dy palëve, qe pretendonin pronësinë mbi te njëjtin truall ne Shëngjin.
Gjithashtu është plagosur kushëriri i viktimës, Sokol Sejdia, si dhe kundërshtarët e tyre, Arben Marku, Alban Deda, si dhe një kalimtar i rastësishëm, Mark Ndreca. Drejtori i zyrës se verifikimit te titujve te pronësisë, Halil Marku, akuzon gjykatën për standarde te dyfishta ne gjykim, dhe zvarritje te proceseve, duke çuar shpesh ne vetëgjyqësi. Marku thekson se ka dosje qe janë depozituar nga kjo zyre pranë gjykatës, qe ne janar te vitit 2009, por shqyrtimi i tyre nuk ka përfunduar.
