Sipas Panaritit projekti synon pastrimin e ujit dhe thellimin e liqenit, ndalimin e shkarkimeve te ujërave te zeza nga bizneset përreth dhe lidhjen e liqenit artificial me ate te Farkës. Ne fakt një projekt i tille për "Liqenin Artificial" është prezantuar edhe nga ish-kryebashkiaku Edi Rama. Por drejtuesit aktuale te bashkise nuk kane pranuar te japin sqarime nëse po zbatohet projekti Rama apo është hartuar një i dyte. Megjithatë sipas bashkise aktualisht inspektoret po verifikojnë situatën ne terren dhe me pas do te filloje zbatimi i projektit me faza. Ende nuk dihet se sa kohe dhe para do ti duhen liqenit artificial i tiranes për t'iu kthyer shkëlqimi i humbur prej shume vitesh.
