Pas vjedhjes se ilaçeve te te sëmurëve me kancer nga farmacistet e spitalit drejtoria e QSUT-se ka nxjerre një urdhër te ri për te kontrolluar lëvizjen e barnave. Skema do te funksionoje nga farmacia qendrore, ne 10 farmacitë e spitalit e deri te pacienti qe merr mjekim.
Çdo i sëmurë do te firmose ne kartelën e tij personale për ilaçet qe blen privatisht dhe mjeku për ato qe i jep nga spitali, duke numëruar kështu çdo medikament qe përdoret. Ne kuadrin e reformimit te spitalit me te madh ne vend janë liruar nga puna 97 kryeinfermiere dhe kryelaborantë. Këto vende pune do ti nënshtrohen një konkursi pas datës 17 tetor, por nuk përjashtohet mundësia qe te njëjtët persona te konkurrojnë për këtë vend pune. Deri ne zgjedhjen e emrave te rinj shefat e shërbimeve do te komandojnë zëvendësuesit e përkohshëm. Ne kriteret e përzgjedhjes nuk do te jete vetëm arsimi i larte, por aftësitë menaxhuese te pavijonit dhe administrimi i medikamenteve dhe materialeve mjekësore. Kjo reforme është ne vazhdën e zgjedhjes se shefave te shërbimeve ne QSUT.
