Ne 6 muajt e pare te vitit opozita ka munguar ne Komisionin Parlamentar te Sigurisë Kombëtare ne 70% te rasteve ndërsa ne Komisionin Parlamentar te Integrimit ajo nuk ka qene prezente ne 45 %.
Edhe ne rastet kur përfaqësuesit e opozitës kane marre pjese ne mbledhje, debatet me shume kane qene politike, dhe nuk kane ndikuar ne përmirësimin e ligjit. Ky është konkluzioni i nje studimi te kryer nga instituti per Demokraci dhe Ndërmjetësim, i cili ka analizuar punen ne keto dy komisione. Sipas këtij studimi nje pjese e deputeteve pjesëmarrës ne keto komisione nuk janë aktiv ne debatet qe zhvillohen. Ndërsa evidentohet si problematike mungesa e prezencës se shoqërisë civile ne seancat dëgjimore, por edhe e institucioneve qe preken nga nismat e ndryshme ligjore qe miratohen.
We first 6 months of the year the opposition has been lacking in the Parliamentary Committee on National Security while 70% of cases in the Parliamentary Commission of Integration that was not present in 45%.
Even if the opposition representatives have participated in meetings, debates have been more political, and did not affect the improvement of the law. This is the conclusion of a study conducted by the Institute for Democracy and Mediation, which has analyzed the work in these two committees. According to this study a part of the members participating in these committees are not active in the debates taking place. As evidenced as problematic the lack of presence of civil society hearings, but also the institutions affected by various legal initiatives adopted.
