Opozita akuzon kryeministrin Berisha se është influencuar nga shteti fqinj Greqia ne hartimin e ligjit për gjendjen civile apo edhe regjistrimin e popullsisë.
Duke përshëndetur vendimin e Gjykatës Kushtetuese qe rrezoi nenet e ligjit për gjendjen civile qe lejonte ndryshimin e kombësisë, kreu i partisë Për Ligj dhe Drejtësi, Spartak Ngjela, i ka kërkuar qeverise qe te mos shesë shqiptaret me ligje te tilla. Vendimi i fundit i Gjykatës Kushtetuese duket se nuk ngjallur shqetësim tek përfaqësuesit e minoritetit grek. Gjate mbledhjes se këshillit te përgjithshëm te organizatës Omonia, kryetari Vasil Bollano ka deklaruar se ky vendim nuk ka lidhje me regjistrimin e popullsie. Duke u fokusuar tek censusi, Bollano ka përsëritur se duhen hequr nenet qe penalizojne deklarimet e rreme.

Welcoming the decision of the Constitutional Court that toppled sections of civil status law that allowed the change of nationality, party leader for Law and Justice, Spartak Ngjela, has asked the government not to sell Albanians with such laws. The recent decision of the Constitutional Court seems not aroused concern among the representatives of the Greek minority. During the meeting the organization's General Council of Omonia, the chairman Vasil Bolanos said that this decision is not related to the population census. By focusing on census, Bolanos has repeatedly said should be removed sections that criminalize false statements.
