Ne emër te maxhorances ministri i Jashtëm Edmond Haxhinasto, njëherësh nënkryetar i LSI ka kërkuar ne fillim një pakt kombëtar për integrimin. Deri me tani i vetmi konsensus qe maxhoranca dhe opozita kane arritur ne kuadër te detyrimeve qe ka vendosur ne raport me integrimin është fillimi i punës për reformën zgjedhore pasi dy partitë e mëdha i kane caktuar tashme negociatoret.
