Pas dy vjet krize politike maxhoranca dhe opozita miratojnë te parin ligj qe kërkon 84 vota. Komisioni i ligjeve ka miratuar me konsensus ndryshimet ne kodin rrugor, ndryshime qe ishin bllokuar ne parlament qe prej 15 marsit te vitit 2009.
Dy nenet e kodit rrugor parashikonin licencimin e autoshkollave ne baze te ligjit te ri për licencimin dhe maxhoranca pranoi edhe propozimet e socialistit Gjiknuri per te ndihmuar liberalizimin e tregut. Por gjate mbledhjes se Komisionit, situata u tensionua disa here lidhur me vullnetin e opozites per te votuar ligjet me shumice te cilesuar. Përveç kodit rrugor jane edhe 15 projektligje te tjera qe kerkojne voten e opozites dhe qe pritet te diskutohen se shpejti ne parlament.
