PS e fitoi garën ne komunën Shale ne raundin e trete zgjedhor qe u mbajt ne 21 gusht, pasi procesi i 8 majit u shpall i pavlefshëm nga Kolegji Zgjedhor dhe ne 31 korrik zgjedhjet nuk arritën te zhvilloheshin.
