Ne rrethin e Fierit nuk do te nise procesi edhe ne shkollën e Vjosës, si dhe ne kopshtin e Darëzezës. Ne Elbasan e Korçe nxënësit janë përballur me mungesën e disa teksteve. Ne Elbasan nga drejtues te arsimit mësohet se nuk kane mbërritur ende 30% e titujve te librave shkollore, kryesisht te shkencave ekzakte. Ne këtë rreth, për shkak te uljes se numrit te nxënësve me afro 2500 krahasuar me një vit me pare, mësohet se rrezikojnë vendet e punës rreth 90 mësues. Ndërsa ne Korçe sipas drejtuesve te zyrës arsimore shpërndarja e teksteve pranë shkollave ka sjelle lehtësira për nxënësit. Por problem mbetet mungesa e librave te gjuhëve te huaja.
