Dokumentari për Pogradecin i realizuar nga Fatos Baxhaku dhe Eno Milkani ka çelur Festivalin Ballkanik te Filmit dhe Kul inarise ne qytetin e Pogradecit. Ne këtë edicion qe vjen për here te pare ne këtë qytet marrin pjese 9 shtete ballkanike, qe do te prezantojnë ne total 60 filma te zhanreve te ndryshme. Filmat e përzgjedhur nga juria me anëtarë te vendeve respektive, janë me metrazh te shkurtër, prodhim i regjisoreve te njohur ballkanas, por dhe emrave te rinj mjaft premtues, pjesa me e madhe e te cilëve vijnë për here te pare ne një festival te tille. Ne këtë festival filmi qe do te vazhdoje për një jave, është menduar edhe futja e kulinarise si atraksion, duke i ofruar jurisë specialitete gatimi te Ballkanit ne restorante te ndryshme te qytetit te Pogradecit qe ne këtë periudhe i ka te shumte vizitoret. Gjate këtyre ditëve pushuesit dhe banoret e qytetit juglindor do te kenë mundësi te ndjekin falas filmat ne kinemanë e Qendrës Kulturore "Lasgush Poradeci".
