"Wikileaks" dhe publikimi i mesazheve te ambasadës amerikane ne Tirane përveç kuriozitetit te natyrshëm për idenë qe diplomacia ka për politiken e zyrtaret e larte shqiptare, pritet te ketë ndikim edhe ne sjelljen e klasës politike. Analiste dhe drejtues te medias gjykojnë se këto publikime edhe pse nuk kane sjelle risi, kane zbuluar me hapur se kurrë se çfarë mendojnë amerikanet për ata qe na udhëheqin apo synojnë ta bëjnë këtë. Kryeredaktori i gazetës "Shqip", Aleksandër Çipa, thotë se këto mesazhe do te kenë impakt edhe mbi aktoret kryesore ne vend te cilët vuajnë nga komplekse ndaj diplomateve te huaj. Për Eduard Zaloshnjen ne Shqipëri do te përsëritet i njëjti fenomen qe pushtoi gjithë diplomacinë botërore pas publikimeve qe "Wikileaks" realizoi duke i bere politikanet me te rezervuar. Mesazhet e ambasadës amerikane te publikuara ne "Wikileaks" përfshijnë komente dhe vëzhgime mbi fenomene te ndryshme, por edhe mbi drejtuesit kryesore te Shqipërisë. Vete personazhet e përmendur ne këto publikime nuk kane pasur asnjë reagim mbi përmbajtjen e dokumenteve ne fjale.
