Security tightened as Obama, Asian leaders arrive in M’sia for summit

Malaysian police and army are in position around the capital as world leaders arrive in Kuala Lumpur for the 27th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit.

Several main roads were closed around Kuala Lumpur.
