A concert was organized at the National Theater of Opera and Ballet by the Honorary Council of Mexico in Albania, Ylli Ndroqi. The concert was in cooperation with the Embassy of the United States of Mexico in Rome, and the Mexican Tenor David Barrios was invited to perform, with the Hungarian pianist Edina Bak. The purpose of the concert was to establish bridges of cooperation between people and nations, and music was selected as the means for making this connection. To promote this message, the world-famous Mexican tenor David Barrios combined his voice with the brilliant piano playing of the Hungarian master, Edina Bak.
The theater was filled with important figures of Albanian society. Diplomats, journalists, media directors, and artists from different fields enjoyed the Italian, Spanish, and Mexican songs, in a concert that lasted more than an hour.
