PKR president Wan Azizah Wan Ismail says Nurul Izzah was only being polite when posing for a photograph with Jacel Kiram, the daughter of the late Jamalul Kiram III, the self-proclaimed Sultan of Sulu, who was responsible for an intrusion into Sabah in 2013.
