Unfortunately, this band, which recorded quite a few sides in the second half of the 20s is totally forgotten today and definitely deserves some exposure on this channel. I could only find out Frank Farrell was the pianist in Billy Wynne's band (who made many records for Edison) and either took over when Wynne left or temporarily headed the band when they recorded for other labels. Sadly, biographical information is extremely scarce and further personnel (including the vocalist) playing this great 1927 side is unknown. Any additional information is warmly welcomed.
