If your desktop's light is very low, then you can increase the brightness of your desktop by following the steps mention in this video. Just take the motherboard and install VGA driver. After installing VGA driver, just go to properties in the desktop, then go to setting, then go to advance and then go to catalyst control center. In this center increase the brightness by choosing monitor properties and then color.
Important : Changing the brightness is not showing to you because my screensaver shows one level of brightness but so, do not worry. This is the best way to increase the brightness of desktop.
