John Mayer is for sure my favorite artist to emerge in the last 15yrs. I clearly remember buying his first album Room For Squares when it was on sale at Best Buy and listening to the entire thing with the liner notes in my room one day after school. I've been a huge fan ever since. I even got to see him live at Davidson College when his first single wasn't even on most radio stations yet. There weren't even seats. It was just a show on the basketball court at the college. I loved his music, but I didn't know he would go on to be somewhat of a musical living legend at such a young age. Life's good :)
I knew when I got a chance to meet up with my ridiculously talented friend from Australia ...saxaphonist & multi-instrumentalist Hayden Smith; this was the perfect song for us to jam on. Enjoy! :)
