I've maintained six pack abs for 10 years while traveling around the world to over 77 countries. I often don't have access to regular gym equipment or steady and easy access to all the healthy food I might prefer to eat. I've done this by developing a main "diet" of 4 exercises shown in this video combined with a few small rules I've made for myself regarding what I eat.
In this video and the accompanying one that runs through one cycle of my entire 15min routine I'm happy to share with you what works for me, and I believe what will be an excellent start to or addition to your exercise routine.
Best to do this routine first thing when waking up in the morning to give your day a great and healthy start.
