A new force has emerged in Syria under the name of the New Syrian Army. The group made its debut in a video where it says its aim is to fight the Islamic State, but some doubt its claims. Meanwhile, the United States is reportedly thinking of arming fighters in the east of Syria who have moved to Turkey after escaping Islamic State attacks.
