According to details, University of Agriculture has informed Saeed Ajmal about his academy being closed.
A memorandum of understanding was signed in 2012 by Saeed Ajmal and University of Agriculture in Faisalabad for the creation of the cricket academy.
The university officials have stated that its syndicate has refused to allocate a spot for the academy.
On the other hand, the spinner has said that its necessary for the training centre to be restored in order to hone the skills of the youngsters.
“The future of 300 players will be at risk if the academy is shut down”, Ajmal said.
He confessed that he has already spent Rs. 6 billion on the training centre.
“I am not worried about the money. I am more concered about the talent which will be wasted”, the leg spinner said.
