The Cabinet is scheduled meet tomorrow in order to consider a debt restructuring proposal to ease the stress on power distribution companies. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has said that efforts to revive state-level power distributors from financial stress are on and one can expect big power reforms at the earliest.
