Russian Cargo Plane Crashes Over South Sudan; Baby Among Survivors

A Russian cargo plane carrying 18 people crashed along the Nile River Wednesday morning en route to South Sudanese town of Paloich. Three people survived the crash, including a baby less than one year old.
