He's a comedian from the Austrailia in the late 1970s & early 1980s. He did
a doctor who sketches playing the timelord on the tv show fast forward.I call him
the 4th Forgotten Doctor.this is my next series of who videos,aka the forgotten doctors.I call him & consider him the 4th Forgotten Doctor.
