Fat Burning Cardio Workout PUSH IT Series:

10 min Basic STEP: We will warm up our body with this 10 minute basic step. Basic STEP moves. This will run at a faster pace than a beginner STEP workout.

10 min STEP Intervals:
2 minutes each exercise and you will be doing 5 exercises. The entire 10 minutes you will PUSH IT and burn calories, get in better shape, rev up your metabolism and continue to burn body fat long after your workout is done. These 10 minutes are sweat drenching. You will move the entire time and take your fitness to the next level.

10 min Body Strength Training:
All you need is your body. Squats, Push-ups, Planks, Lunges and the list goes on. Sculpt your body into a leaner and toned you. No breaks. We PUSH the entire time.
