Today, Square Enix announced that Star Ocean: Second Evolution is coming this October on PS Vita and PS4 digitally in Japan. Star Ocean 5 producer announced that the game will be re-released on these platforms at TGS 2015, though Square Enix only revealed it today.
Star Ocean 2 will have a few additional features in the PS Vita and PS4 versions.
