Man takes off pants on top of Scooby-Doo Mystery Machine

A Myrtle Beach man was arrested after police say he stood on top of a Scooby-Doo Mystery Machine van and showed his butt to a park full of children. Gillian Pensavalle (@GillianWithaG) explains.
