The bank sends us monthly credit card statements as password protected PDF files because they contain personal information. I uploaded these PDFs into Google drive but these files are protected with a password. Google drive doesn’t search inside password protected file. Each PDF file has a different password. So it is impossible to remember them and takes too much time to find these PDFs later.
The Google drive is already protected with 2 layers of security password and 2 factor authentications. It should be OK. You can remove the password protection from PDF files before uploading them to Google drive.
