Cecifoot African Cup of Nations kicks off in Cameroon

The Cecifoot African Cup of Nations - a competition for partially-sighted or blind players - has kicked off in Cameroon. This year Morocco, Senegal, Mali and Egypt are vying with hosts Cameroon for the trophy, with Bordeaux as technical partner.
