Facebook Now More Than Makes Friends, To Alert On State Sponsored Cyber Threat

Facebook is all out to woo its users by warning them to potential state-sponsored cyber attacks.
Announcing its new policy in a blog post on Friday, Facebook chief security officer Alex Stamos said, "Starting today, we will notify you if we believe your account has been targeted or compromised by an attacker suspected of working on behalf of a nation-state."
Recommended security moves included rebuilding systems or even replacing computers or mobile device, if possible.
In June, the company decided to make it possible to keep email notifications between the site and its users encrypted through public encryption keys.
