As general elections draw near in Argentina, the presidential candidate of the ruling Front for Victory party, Daniel Scioli, said that negotiations with vulture funds are not on his agenda. On the contrary, his campaign promotes economic independence, debt reduction and aid for the most vulnerable people in the country.
