Some of the things I could do for you are:
- Proactive visits to your customers' facilities when things are going well.
- Get in touch with your customer after a quality complaint.
- If you and/or I believe that a quality issue is not caused by your company, I could help you prove it in order to avoid a possible inspection/rework.
- Coordinate an inspection/rework when needed (either you decide to use QUEST or a different Sorting company for the activity).
- Send you full reports, traceability information, pictures and sample pieces.
- Having a gauge/fixture made or buying a tool if needed.
- Represent your company in meetings when required.
- Help you find transportation and/or storage.
