Drunk 20-year-old calls 911 as 'Olivia Pope', gets arrested

An underage woman was arrested after she drunkenly called 911 pretending to be Olivia Pope from 'Scandal' and claiming one of the show's villains was heading to the White House with a bomb. Gillian Pensavalle (@GillianWithaG) has more.
