Latin America's progressive presidents and foreign affairs ministers were out in force at the 2nd World People's Conference on Climate Change, which ended yesterday in Cochabamba, Bolivia. The leaders of Bolivia, Venezuela, and Ecuador called for concrete and decisive action to address climate change while pointing to the responsibility of the developed nations in producing greenhouse emissions.
