Basic step moves with no choreography with a little bit of athletic training fused into this class. This class will provide a little of variety for everyone! Using the bench , come prepared to get a good workout and have lots of fun!. Compliment your existing training with specific core conditioning which will strengthen both abdominal and back muscles the last 10 minutes of this exercise video.Devote 10 minutes to strengthening your abs and lower back to improve posture and core strength.
