UPDATE: Nampa Police says the child has been safely located. The AMBER Alert has been canceled.
BOISE - A 9 year old girl was quickly located after an AMBER Alert was issued for the state of Idaho.
The child, Reese Olivia Harrop, was located safely at about 4:30 p.m.
The suspect, Tesha Ruby Harrop, reportedly took Reese at about 12:30 this afternoon from 1812 Topaz Court, Nampa, Idaho. She is a non-custodial parent.
