Bolivia is hosting the 2nd World Peoples Conference on Climate Change on October 10-12. The event is to be attended by U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and 8,000 delegates from 40 countries. Bolivian President Evo Morales said his government would push for far-reaching measures to address the issue. Environmental activists are calling on the developed countries to pay their ecological debt.
