Venezuela will file a report with the U.N. in response to attempts by Guyanese President David Granger to deceive public opinion concerning the border dispute between the two countries. Granger wrote a book about Caribbean politics whose cover depicts what is claimed to be a Venezuelan warship off the Guyanese capital, but is in fact a patrol boat built in Spain with the photo taken off the Canary Islands.
