An Indian fakir's magic rope falls in love with Pink's tail.
The Pink Panther is strolling about the Middle East. He sees a fat man laying on a bed of nails puncture himself and deflate like a balloon. The Panther then walks past a snake charmer. The charmer's rope, enticed out of its basket by the sound of the flute, immediately falls in love with the Panther's tail. Try as he might, the Pink Panther cannot escape from the rope's attentions. At last, he is forced to take drastic measures. He goes for plastic surgery and has his tail replaced with a fox's tail. It seems that the Panther has, once again, outfoxed everyone... until he runs across a pack of dogs out on the hunt.
