Pink and a sheep come to live in Cattle County, Texas, and have to endure an abusive farmer.
The Pink Panther is a shepherd in "Cattle Country" Texas. When Tex, the cattleman, finds the Panther's sheep eating the grass, he shaves the critter and sends him home wool less. The Panther reciprocates by building a fence which enrages the cattle baron. The cattleman's efforts to get rid of the Panther satirize many of the stock Western clichés. All of these attempts backfire on the ruthless cattleman who, in desperation, finally telegraphs to Tombstone for gunslingers. Defeated in the end, the cattleman enacts that old slogan, "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em."
