Some people at Ampara ( in Sri Lanka ) are placing their cattle in no food places nowadays. This is Animal Cruelty. The Cow in this video has been placed near the main road at Ampara town. There is no Grass. He is hungry in all the day. At this moment he is eating some food which was given by me. I think it was the only food he got that day. No attention from any Authority at Ampara in this issue. ( Ex:- MPS, Mayor, Reverends, Police etc. )
