When a goalkeeper is the hero from a certain match, it’s usually because he has made some great saves and not because he has scored the goals. However, Hakon Opdal, IK Start’s goalie, has done quite the opposite. Opdal scored a magnificent goal from a free kick in the 65th minute of the match between his side and Valerenga, which proved be vital as both squads finished in a 1-1 draw.
There is absolutely no way Opdal meant to do that, but he was still able to produce a beauty. However, he should thank the Valerenga goalkeeper for not having the ability to catch the ball.
