Sven Nys has raced Colnago cyclo cross bikes throughout his incredibly successful career. Nys's latest bike is the Colnago Prestige - a carbon-framed bike that he helped to develop.
Nys is the current world cyclocross champion and it isn't just his jersey that shows this; his Colnago frame and Dugast tubulars get the rainbow stripe treatment. Despite boasting top of the range Shimano Dura Ace 9070, Nys's build is standard and workmanlike in the pro ranks. This is no surprise as his bikes are subjected to to worst of the Belgian winter, week in, week out.
Nys uses Shimano C35 wheels, fitted with Dugast 33mm Rhinos when we saw his bike. His pedals appear to be Shimano XTR, but to improve mud clearance, they have been heavily filed.
