Hurricane Joaquin upgraded to Category 4, may miss D.C.

Hurricane Joaquin is now a Category 4 storm, with winds reaching up to 130 mph. But models predict that the storm may be pushed out to sea by the time it hits D.C. on Sunday and Monday. The Post's Jason Samenow reports.
