It opened in November 1960 and was designed by legendary Bud Hurlbut. The immersive rail ride takes you on a journey through a mine with caverns, lakes, waterfalls with a 60 foot open area. The redesigned ride features 120 characters (50 new state-of-the-art animatronic figures) and new audio visual effects.
