Great quality, improves sleep.
I found this product and was excited to try it after reading that magnesium is actually better absorbed thru the skin. I add my Mineral drops to my bath, I rub it into my skin after showering and I do sometimes add it to my food and drinks for adding minerals. Magnesium is not the only mineral found in this supplement, but it is the mineral that I was most concerned about. Since using this product on my skin I have noticed a huge difference in my sleep pattern and I feel so relaxed when I bathe with it. This is a great supplement and I will be using it long term.
