Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto has called for an end to the economic trade and financial “embargo” that has been maintained against Cuba since 1962. He said that Mexico has a long history of mediating conflicts in the region and celebrates the recent reestablishment oof relations between Cuba and the United States, as well as achievements in Colombian peace talks. teleSUR
