Amber Heard and husband Johnny Depp helped distribute hearing aids to hundreds in need on Thursday, Sept. 24, before he performed with his band, Hollywood Vampires, at the Rock in Rio music festival in Rio de Janeiro.
In the video from Entertainment Tonight, the actress, 29, fights back tears while arm in arm with a recipient, crying as she’s overcome with happiness. Heard, who was there in partnership with the Starkey Hearing Foundation, was emotional as she watched the Black Mass actor, 52, help fit Brazilians with the devices.

Heard, wearing a tan lace ensemble, can be seen holding a little girl’s hand while Depp, casually dressed in a gray hat, black sunglasses, and blue button-down, puts the device in the girl’s ear.
“There’s nothing quite like the feeling of seeing that moment where you’re testing the hearing aid and testing it... and that moment where they light up as they hear,” Heard said. “That moment is everything.”
