Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said he called his Colombian counterpart Juan Manuel Santos to congratulate him for the historic agreement signed in Havana between Bogota and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC). Caracas has always sought to promote peace in Colombia and has taken in 5.6 million refugees from that country. teleSUR
