Today Palestinians are celebrating Eid al-Adha -the Feast of Sacrifice-, the second most important holiday in the Islamic calendar. Thousands of worshipers flocked to the Al Aqsa mosque in occupied East Jerusalem, scene of recent violent clashes with Israeli settlers and security forces. In Gaza many families took advantage of the holiday to take their children to parks or the beach, while others visited cemeteries, sadly remembering lost ones killed in last year's Israeli military offensive.
