In an age where monsters run rampant and humanity is constantly under fire from alien threats, the power of the mighty SSSP, or Special-Science-Search Patrol is called in. However, not even the SSSP can defeat all their foes, and then, on one fateful night, an alien dinosaur by the name of Bemular arrived and settled in the waters of a calm lake. Going on a rampage the next morning, even the SSSP's efforts proved futile to stop the beast. However, help was at hand that day - the previous night, SSSP's courageous deputy leader Shin Hayata secretly made contact with a hero from another world.
